Welcome to Nu'uk Che'il Cottages home of well known local Maya healer and craftswoman Aurora Saqui and her husband Ernesto Saqui - experienced conservationist and your tour guide. The Saqui's invite you to stay at Nu'uk Che'il Cottages located at Maya Center Village, near the entrance to the Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary in the Stann Creek district of southern Belize.

Stay in our comfortable cottages and enjoy local home cooked meals in the coolness of our thatched restaurant, or try a night or two in a Maya family homestay. Your choice of activities includes several tours in the Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary, river tubing and cultural and traditional medicine presentations.

Nu'uk Che'il Cottages is much more than a place to eat and sleep, it's an entire experience dedicated to giving guests an understanding and appreciation of their natural and cultural surroundings.
